OUR PROCESS
We navigate each project from conception through to completion. This is presented in a linear form to illustrate here, but often our projects use a design - learn - iterate cycle.
Our exploration begins with deep research and engagement, setting the stage for designs that challenge the status quo.
We dream boldly, crafting visions and concepts that defy conventional thinking. Our approach integrates both the business case and human experience.
We develop plans, sketches, virtual experiences, websites, and immersive 3D visualisations that capture the essence of our visions.
We share these concepts through various methods like immersive experience, print and moving image. This critical stage gets all stakeholders engaged and inspired by the concept.
Through iterative design we take all of our critical learnings and external input throughout the process and wrap them into a cohesive design package, ready for implementation.
We oversee every stage from concept to construction, following a rigorous design framework with clear deliverables, timelines, and budgets. This includes managing consultant engagement, procurement, administration, and closely monitoring the construction and delivery phases.
